A 1000sqm top of the hill mansion in one of the most loved island of south east asia, a place where locals and foreigner found a new way of living. blablablabla but let’s get back to these furnitures as this gallery solely serves the purpose of highlighting how versatile and iconic these pieces are, the idea here was to prove that to some extent it is possible to furnish a living space with only Jeanneret pieces, it is not the objective per se but certainly the range available in our gallery will thick some of your boxes and itch where it’s uncomfortable so you can leave this place in bring a piece of History into your own home.

from this extremely rare le corbusier desk to this to that blablabla talk about some of the nicest pieces and also some more normal but still very cool blablabla the devil is in the detail when you look at Jeanneret work it’s the overall geometry and proportion so pleasing to the eye the warmth of the exotic essence of woods used to build this pieces the marks of the time that carry so much characters “inimitable” scars of history when you imagined what these pieces have been through over the years, from being salvage from the hands of poor locals looking for some fire woods after a roughness life of use in public buildings. It’s also for some of these pieces the old hand written references tagged nonchalantly with some white paint at the back like ingeniors from AMG signed their engine when it leaves the factory… Something surreal definitely inhabit theses furnitures enough for the UNESCO after 70 years of ignorance to finally look at them for what they are and stamp them into their list of untouchable jewels of this world.
